I like observing how people move through cities. In Shanghai, it's fast and almost impatient. In Atlanta, slower, with more space between people. In New York? Purposeful chaos.

I observe these things not out of habit, but because I believe design starts long before prototypes. It starts with noticing, pausing, asking what's actually needed. Observations shape how I build. I build not just interfaces, but experiences that meet people where they are, in motion or in pause.

And I walk — slowly — so I don't miss the moments worth designing for.
